Country Manager – Healthcare & Diagnostic Imaging

About the role

Agito Medical is seeking a commercially driven healthcare professional to lead its growth in Ireland. As the primary representative, you will combine strategic business development with hands‑on market engagement across hospitals, radiology groups and healthcare networks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial development and market expansion throughout Ireland.
• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities in public and private hospitals, radiology groups, outpatient centres and healthcare networks.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities, owning the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Develop strategic relationships with procurement teams, hospital leadership and radiology decision‑makers.
• Promote Agito Medical’s portfolio, including modular imaging facilities, clinic‑based imaging services, mobile MRI, CT and Cath Lab solutions, refurbished imaging systems and Managed Equipment Services (MES).
• Monitor Irish healthcare and diagnostic imaging market trends and provide commercial feedback to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or commercial leadership within diagnostic imaging, MedTech, healthcare services or medical equipment.
• Strong track record in solution‑based healthcare sales and long‑term customer partnership development.
• Good knowledge of the Irish healthcare market and procurement structures; experience across public and private sectors preferred.
• Experience with MES, leasing models, service contracts or long‑term healthcare partnerships is highly advantageous.
• Based in Ireland with a full valid driving licence and eligibility to work without sponsorship restrictions.
