Customer Care Representative – Motor Fleet (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our Operations Team in the motor fleet industry. You will be the main point of contact for drivers and customers, handling enquiries, managing bookings and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to driver and customer queries via phone and email.
• Coordinate and schedule vehicle services, repairs and appointments.
• Provide regular updates on service progress and status.
• Liaise with garages, suppliers and third‑party providers to ensure efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and operational documentation.
• Support the Operations Team to keep vehicles and services running efficiently.
• Resolve issues promptly with a customer‑focused approach.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, retail, administration or similar.
• Strong communication skills, confident on phone and email.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, proactive team player with a flexible, can‑do attitude.
• Competent IT skills, including Outlook, Excel and internal systems.
• Experience in automotive, fleet or service industry is a plus.

What we offer

• Salary range €32,000 – €36,000 per year plus a guaranteed €5,000 yearly bonus.
• Hybrid working model – 3‑4 days onsite, 1‑2 days remote.
