About the role
This is a high‑impact opportunity to build and scale the customer marketing function within a fast‑growing, product‑led B2B SaaS company that powers AI‑driven workflow orchestration. You will shape customer stories, advocacy, and proof points into strategic growth assets that fuel pipeline generation, enterprise trust, and product adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Own and define the end‑to‑end customer marketing strategy, creating a scalable foundation for advocacy, storytelling, and proof programs.
- Develop systems to identify, prioritize, and source high‑impact customer stories across industries and product areas.
- Create and maintain case studies, testimonials, success narratives, reference materials, and co‑marketing content.
- Collaborate with product marketing, customer success, sales, partnerships, content, and demand generation to align messaging and leverage insights.
- Translate post‑sale experiences into assets that support sales conversations, enterprise deals, and marketing campaigns.
- Enable sales teams with effective proof materials to improve conversion in complex deal cycles.
- Build repeatable workflows, tools, and processes to scale operations over time.
- Measure performance of initiatives and continuously optimize based on business impact.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience in customer marketing, product marketing, customer advocacy, or content‑driven storytelling within a high‑growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to design structured programs and operating models in early‑stage or evolving marketing functions.
- Track record of turning customer insights into high‑impact marketing and sales enablement assets.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders cross‑functionally without direct authority.
- Excellent storytelling, editorial, and communication skills with a focus on commercially valuable narratives.
