About the role

Swissport is seeking a part‑time Customer Service Agent to join its Dublin Airport team. The role involves delivering friendly, professional assistance to passengers throughout their journey, ensuring smooth check‑in, baggage handling and boarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide courteous assistance from arrival to boarding.
• Assist with check‑in procedures, luggage handling and boarding processes.
• Answer inquiries about flight schedules, baggage policies and related information.
• Ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations, including security and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to maintain efficient operations.
• Resolve passenger concerns and complaints promptly and empathetically.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality or related fields is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while remaining composed under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling passenger information and documentation.
