About the role
You will deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment, supporting the Shop Manager and team to keep the store running smoothly. The role involves handling bets, managing cash, and promoting the brand’s multi‑channel offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with daily store operations.
- Open and close the shop, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Manage cash, process bets via betting terminals and the EPOS system, and maintain accurate records.
- Guide the shop team in the absence of senior managers.
- Uphold high presentation standards and compliance with safety and social responsibility policies.
- Introduce customers to in‑shop and online products and services.
Required profile
- Customer‑service focused with a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Strong numeracy, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible to work 7 days a week and adapt to a retail environment.
- Enthusiastic, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in sports and betting events.
Required skills
- Experience with EPOS systems.
- Proficiency using betting terminals.
