Customer Success Manager (French-speaking)

About the role

Diligent is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Success Manager to join its growing Customer Success team. You will own a portfolio of key accounts across France, Belgium and Luxembourg, helping customers adopt and derive value from Diligent’s GRC SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary day‑to‑day contact.
• Conduct regular strategic review meetings to discuss usage, goals and satisfaction.
• Monitor product adoption data, identify risks or growth opportunities, and drive engagement.
• Proactively address retention risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive renewals by demonstrating ROI and maintaining strong relationships.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams (implementation, support, product, sales) to resolve issues.
• Act as the “voice of the customer,” sharing feedback to improve products and services.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a client‑facing role managing accounts.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Strong resilience and a positive attitude when facing adversity.

Required skills

• Experience with sales CRM applications such as Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
