About the role
We are looking for a Cyber Security GRC Analyst to join our team on a 12‑month contract based in Dublin. The role will be hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while supporting our cyber risk and compliance programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct cyber risk assessments across systems, projects, processes and third‑party relationships.
- Perform security control testing to evaluate design and operating effectiveness.
- Support third‑party risk management and supplier security assessments.
- Monitor compliance with security policies, standards and regulatory requirements such as GDPR.
- Assist with audits, regulatory reviews and evidence collection.
- Contribute to cyber‑resilience governance including business continuity, disaster recovery and cyber recovery planning.
- Track and report on risk posture, control maturity and remediation progress.
- Support remediation tracking with technical and business stakeholders.
- Help maintain cyber security policies, standards and GRC framework improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber security, GRC, risk management or technology assurance.
- Hands‑on experience conducting cyber risk assessments and control testing.
- Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR and CIS frameworks.
- Proven experience supporting audits, compliance and governance activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and reporting abilities.
