Cybersecurity Engineer

About the role

As a Cybersecurity Engineer you will work closely with internal teams and clients across sectors such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, utilities and government. You will become a subject‑matter expert on emerging security technologies, leading projects that protect sensitive data, secure financial transactions and ensure the resilience of critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage emerging technologies across the security stack (systems, networks, applications).
• Assess and improve infrastructure and application security, performance and availability.
• Perform regular vulnerability scans using Nessus, Nmap and Wireshark.
• Conduct penetration testing and remediate identified risks.
• Investigate cybersecurity incidents, execute forensic analysis and lead incident response.
• Develop documentation: technology evaluations, incident reports, vulnerability assessments and program plans.
• Advise clients on integrating advanced technologies such as AI while mitigating security and privacy risks.
• Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to promote best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on cybersecurity work.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Client‑focused mindset with a passion for continuous learning.

Required skills

• Microsoft Defender suite, Microsoft Purview, Mobile Application Management, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Sentinel.
• Nessus, Nmap, Wireshark.
• Penetration testing and vulnerability scanning.
