DevOps Engineer – Data Driven Trading (Experienced Hire)

About the role

Susquehanna is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join its Data Driven Trading (DDT) team. The role focuses on ensuring production stability, CI/CD reliability, and robust tooling for quantitative research and trading systems used globally.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain critical systems supporting the DDT trading desk.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and change requests within defined SLAs, performing root‑cause analysis and implementing long‑term fixes.
• Manage production deployments across all lifecycle stages, ensuring reliable data retrieval, retention, and compliance with data policies.
• Maintain and improve a large, distributed set of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring health, investigating failures, and driving remediation.
• Extend existing pipelines and build new pattern‑based pipelines to meet emerging project requirements.
• Identify recurring issues and implement automation or structural improvements to eliminate them.
