Digital Growth & Analytics Sr. Director

About the role

Reporting to the Global CMO, the Digital Growth & Analytics Sr. Director will lead SodaStream’s end‑to‑end digital growth transformation worldwide. This senior leadership position integrates data analytics, digital marketing, and loyalty/subscription into a single, connected growth engine across headquarters, direct‑to‑consumer, and market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Digital Growth strategy, aligning data, media, and loyalty capabilities.
• Integrate analytics, digital marketing, and subscription programs to drive CLTV‑focused omnichannel growth.
• Build a future‑ready growth infrastructure with data automation, AI‑enabled optimization, and advanced measurement tools.
• Establish measurement frameworks linking consumer, media, and commercial investments to business outcomes such as CLTV, CAC, ROAS, retention, and penetration.
• Lead governance of major digital investments, technology CAPEX decisions, and performance management across markets.
• Develop organizational capability in AI, automation, experimentation, and performance optimization.
• Serve as senior advisor to HQ and market leadership on digital growth priorities and transformation road‑maps.

Required profile

• MBA or equivalent master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Digital or related field (preferred).
• 15–20 years of leadership experience in digital‑first, data‑led eCommerce or consumer technology environments.
• Strong quantitative and commercial foundation with deep understanding of digital growth economics, media effectiveness, and consumer analytics.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale digital transformation initiatives and building high‑performing teams.
