About the role
We are partnering with a leading Irish digital and sports marketing agency to find a Digital Marketing Analyst. The role focuses on analytics, tracking and measurement of paid search and paid social campaigns for major sports organisations such as UEFA, FAI and IRFU.
Key responsibilities
- Own GA4 reporting, conversion tracking and overall website analytics.
- Manage tagging and tracking implementation through Google Tag Manager.
- Set up and maintain tracking for paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Analyse campaign and user‑behaviour data to uncover performance insights.
- Build dashboards and performance reports across digital marketing activities.
- Support CRM segmentation, audience tracking and automation workflows.
- Collaborate with paid media, digital marketing and development teams to ensure accurate campaign measurement.
Required profile
- Proven experience in digital analytics, MarTech or performance marketing.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Good understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Exposure to CRM segmentation or automation workflows.
