Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

About the role

Whitewater Group is looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to support the Strategic Communications Manager. The role will help drive external and internal communications, strengthen employer branding, and create engaging content across digital platforms for a fast‑growing engineering business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day social media activity, primarily on LinkedIn.
• Coordinate and schedule content across digital channels, including the corporate website.
• Create marketing assets for social media, recruitment campaigns, presentations, project updates and internal communications.
• Design visual assets in line with brand guidelines and edit short‑form video for digital platforms.
• Support trade shows, conferences and events with marketing materials.
• Assist with website updates using CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Communications Manager to improve communication consistency and increase content output.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications or related fields.
• Hands‑on experience creating and managing digital content.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work across multiple projects.

Required skills

• WordPress or similar CMS.
• Video editing for short‑form content.
• Social media management, especially LinkedIn.
