Director, Business Operations, Global Quality

About the role

The Director of Business Operations for Global Quality will lead operational efficiency, strategic alignment, and financial governance across the organization. This senior leader will partner closely with Finance and other stakeholders to ensure that Global Quality initiatives are executed with transparency, accountability, and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with Finance for a budget exceeding $150 M, overseeing allocation, forecasting, and spend tracking.
• Develop and maintain an integrated strategy execution roadmap that drives prioritization and business impact.
• Enhance governance structures to monitor strategic initiatives, operational performance, and financial results.
• Leverage resource allocation and financial planning frameworks to support leadership decision‑making.
• Lead Global Quality‑wide financial tracking, forecasting, and alignment with corporate Finance and Procurement.
• Use data analytics to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and risk mitigation.
• Build strong partnerships with Finance and Change Management to drive integrated execution of strategic initiatives.
• Establish and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, embedding best practices across Global Quality.
• Develop operating models, governance frameworks, and KPI tracking systems.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in business operations, finance governance, or strategic execution within a large, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets and drive financial accountability.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to improve operational performance.
• Excellent collaboration skills to partner with Finance, Procurement, and Change Management teams.
• Track record of implementing continuous‑improvement and governance frameworks.
