Director, ETF Basket Services (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

This senior position leads the ETF Basket Services function for a global client, based in Dublin with a hybrid work model (four days onsite). The Director oversees the end‑to‑end basket creation, redemption, settlement and reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight for multiple teams delivering basket services, including PCF preparation, creation/redemption order processing, cash and in‑kind settlement, and unit settlement.
• Manage client relationships, resolve escalated basket production issues, and act as the primary point of contact for Authorized Participant inquiries.
• Direct continuous net settlement, rebalancing, collateral processing, and P&L calculations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the drafting and communication of financial performance reports to clients and coordinate changes with auditors.
• Recruit, motivate, develop, and retain staff, fostering a high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 15 years of experience in funds, with at least 8 years focused on ETF Basket Services.
• Prior experience at a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred.
• Proven people‑leadership ability to hire, develop, and manage teams.
