Director of Marketing

About the role

This senior leadership position is responsible for building and scaling a high‑performance growth engine for a fast‑scaling SaaS product in Ireland. The role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, product‑led growth and demand generation, driving measurable revenue impact across acquisition, activation and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable growth systems that align marketing strategy with revenue outcomes across the full funnel.
• Own and expand customer acquisition across paid, organic, lifecycle, partnership and product‑led channels.
• Develop a data‑driven growth strategy focused on pipeline generation and revenue expansion.
• Build repeatable processes to improve conversion from visitor to paying customer.
• Lead demand‑generation initiatives and optimise performance‑marketing programmes across key channels.
• Define experimentation frameworks and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
• Enhance attribution, reporting and analytics to connect marketing activity to revenue impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Customer Success to improve onboarding, activation, retention and product‑led growth.
• Strengthen product positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market narratives in a competitive SaaS landscape.
• Lead and mentor a lean marketing team, balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on execution.

Required profile

• Proven B2B SaaS marketing expertise with a strong analytical mindset.
• Demonstrated success in growth marketing or demand generation within fast‑paced environments.
• Track record of owning key performance metrics such as pipeline, CAC, conversion rates or revenue growth.
• Experience in product‑led growth environments and improving product adoption metrics.
