E-Commerce Executive

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Executive to drive the next phase of online growth for Weir & Sons. You will join a close‑knit team of four and work across two websites, four retail stores and end‑to‑end customer support, helping to shape our digital vision.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the SEO strategy, including on‑page optimisation, keyword research, meta data and content improvements.
• Produce regular Google Analytics (GA4) reports, providing actionable insights on traffic, conversion rates and performance.
• Run UX/UI optimisation tests (A/B testing), review user journeys and recommend improvements to boost conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing on digital campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
• Oversee online merchandising and category optimisation to maximise sales.
• Work with developers or agencies on website updates, bug testing and new feature implementation.
• Guide team members on e‑commerce best practices and ensure brand consistency between online and in‑store experiences.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools.
• Confident in analysing data and producing performance reports.
• Experience in UX testing or conversion‑rate optimisation is desirable.
• Excellent copywriting and merchandising abilities.
• Organised, proactive, commercially minded with great attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player able to contribute strategically.
