Entry-Level CRM Specialist (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an entry-level CRM Specialist to join GameTime Digital’s fast-growing affiliate marketing team in the iGaming sector. This full-time position is remote-friendly and offers the chance to learn and execute CRM campaigns across email, push and SMS while supporting user acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling CRM campaigns via email, push notifications and SMS.
• Support the setup and maintenance of automated customer journeys.
• Help segment audiences and target users based on behaviour.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain CRM database hygiene and ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct A/B tests on content, timing and segmentation.
• Stay up-to-date with CRM best practices, industry trends and compliance requirements such as GDPR.

Required profile

• Passion for digital marketing, CRM or user engagement.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with basic data interpretation skills.
• Effective communication and copywriting capabilities.
• Comfortable working with technology and eager to learn new CRM tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM/email platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze or Mailchimp.
• Basic HTML knowledge for email editing.
• Understanding of analytics tools like GA4 or Looker.
