About the role

This position offers a fast‑track sales career in Dublin, allowing you to progress from a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to an Account Manager. You will own the full sales process, from prospecting to closing, while receiving mentorship and training from industry leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients through cold calling, outreach and networking.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in early‑stage sales roles such as SDR, BDR, lead generation or inside sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding cold‑calling targets.
• Motivated by financial success and personal growth.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher education is a plus.
