Field Brand Ambassador & Trainer – Food Outlets

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and community‑driven Field Brand Ambassador & Trainer to be the face of our client’s food brand across Ireland. You will build awareness, forge authentic connections and bring the brand to life through events, activations, content creation and social engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Educate retail partners and sales teams on brand values, product benefits and key messaging.
• Conduct tastings and sampling sessions in key retail outlets to support sales activity.
• Maintain consistent and engaging in‑store brand representation.
• Develop relationships with retailers and customers to boost brand awareness and trial.
• Collaborate with local fitness groups, wellness brands and community organisations to execute impactful brand activations.
• Organise and support events, pop‑ups and experiential marketing opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities such as running clubs, marathon events and wellness festivals.
• Create engaging photo and video content for social media platforms.
• Capture and curate content from events, activations and retail visits.
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and website content, engaging with the online community and growing brand visibility.
• Prepare monthly reports on activity, campaign performance and insights for brand development.

Required profile

• Passionate about health, wellness and fitness culture.
• Confident and comfortable representing the brand in retail, events and community settings.
• Creative, energetic and able to build authentic connections with diverse audiences.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, community‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Experience creating photo and video content for social media.
• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook platforms.
• Ability to plan, organise and execute brand activations and events.
