About the role

Join the Front‑of‑House team at O’Callaghan Collection and become the first point of contact for guests across our luxury hotels in Dublin City Centre. As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will deliver a warm, professional service that enhances the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer a wide range of queries and provide recommendations about the hotel and city.
• Take food and drink orders, relay dietary requirements accurately to the kitchen, and ensure timely service.
• Maintain a clean, well‑presented service area and uphold uniform standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other front‑of‑house staff to resolve guest requests efficiently.
• Handle high‑volume periods while maintaining composure and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling special dietary needs.
