About the role
Join Dalata Hotel Group as a Receptionist and be the first friendly face guests encounter. You will work in a supportive environment that encourages growth, offering access to Dalata Academy programmes and mentorship from senior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Register guests, process payments and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures.
- Provide information on hotel facilities, local attractions and respond to guest inquiries.
- Maintain the security of room keys and ensure guest safety.
- Update guest details accurately in the property management system.
- Take, confirm and modify reservations as needed.
Required profile
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and stay calm under pressure.
- Experience in a 3‑ or 4‑star hotel is desirable but not essential.
- Full driving licence.
