Accommodation Assistant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

Join O'Callaghan Collection as an Accommodation Assistant and help maintain the high standards of our boutique hotels in Dublin and Gibraltar. You will be part of a dedicated housekeeping team that ensures every guest room is spotless, comfortable, and ready for arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms daily in line with operational policies and quality standards.
• Refresh linens, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are presented to brand specifications.
• Report any maintenance issues or guest requests to the appropriate department.
• Complete additional projects or tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer care.
• Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to manage time effectively.
• Very high attention to detail to maintain consistent cleanliness standards.
