About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join the team at the Fitzwilton Hotel. You will play a key part in delivering high‑quality service to our guests, ensuring every interaction reflects our standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consistent standards of excellence in food and beverage service.
• Meet, greet and serve guests to a high standard.
• Ensure precise setup and attention to detail at all times.
• Handle guests’ requests efficiently and promptly.
• Upsell products and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of all service areas, both inside and outside.
• Maintain a positive attitude throughout the workplace.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant or gastro‑bar.
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer‑service mindset.
• Effective communication skills for good inter‑departmental relations.
