Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the Hodson Bay Hotel team. You will support the F&B Manager in delivering seamless daily service, ensuring every guest enjoys a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, bar and brasserie.
• Lead, motivate and train the service team to maintain high service standards.
• Take charge of the restaurant in the Manager’s absence.
• Handle guest queries, complaints and issues promptly.
• Ensure all supervisory duties are performed according to agreed standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a 4‑star hotel as a Team Leader or Food & Beverage Supervisor.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Good organisational and interpersonal abilities with a flexible approach.
