Foundry Customer Integration Engineer

About the role

Intel Foundry is seeking a senior Customer Integration Engineer to drive the adoption of best‑practice standards across its semiconductor manufacturing customers. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and the factory, ensuring smooth FEOL and BEOL process integration.

Key responsibilities

• Identify recurring patterns from customer engagements and translate them into Foundry standards.
• Systemise, automate and proliferate these standards across technologies and customers.
• Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for customer improvement projects and process issue resolution.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and relay information to the factory.
• Collaborate with Technology Development to import new technologies into customer products.
• Partner with FEOL/BEOL Integration, Device, Defect Reduction and Yield Analysis teams to diagnose root‑cause issues and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead engineering projects aimed at improving yield, quality, performance and reducing wafer cost.
