FP&A Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a proactive FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Dublin. The role will support senior leadership with economic insights, financial forecasting and budgeting to drive the firm’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial dashboards for senior management, showing actual results versus forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze revenue, expense and KPI trends to improve the design and accuracy of financial forecasts.
• Play an active role in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with leadership to incorporate initiatives.
• Develop financial analyses that add value to decision‑making and assess business performance.
• Partner with business units to build financial models and analyses supporting strategic initiatives, such as product expansion economics.
• Participate in team‑wide projects, innovating new ways to analyze the business.
• Work closely with the broader Finance organization, Risk, Corporate Strategy and HR on firm‑wide initiatives.
• Support the FRAP team analysts with financial reporting tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in an FP&A role, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with macros and VBA is a plus.
• Advanced quantitative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas to senior management.
• Quick learner, detail‑oriented and able to take strong ownership of work.
• Team player with a willingness to help others and prioritize in a fast‑moving, high‑pressure environment.
