French‑Speaking Collection Analyst

About the role

Sidetrade is seeking a French‑speaking Collection Analyst to join its Dublin office. You will work on the Order‑to‑Cash Intelligence platform, handling cash‑collection activities and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute cash‑collection processes in line with client requirements.
• Manage complex customer accounts, negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions using Sidetrade software.
• Monitor account status and produce regular collection‑activity reports.
• Analyse account data to define optimal collection strategies.
• Escalate challenging cases with a solution‑focused approach.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, cash collections, finance or banking (customer‑service experience also considered).
• Target‑driven, proactive and business‑focused mindset.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent French; additional European language (e.g., English) is a plus.
