Front Office Assistant

About the role

The Front Office Assistant is the first point of contact for guests at The Address Collective. You will ensure a warm welcome, accurate registration, and smooth coordination of guest services while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, register arrivals, and allocate rooms according to hotel procedures.
• Handle check‑in and check‑out documentation, ensuring all charges are posted correctly.
• Answer the switchboard, transfer calls, and take accurate messages for guests and staff.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and no‑shows in line with company policy.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, amenities, and local services.
• Assist guests with additional requests such as dinner reservations, porter services, and transportation.
• Conduct regular security and safety checks, reporting any issues to management.
• Balance cash drawers for the reception, lounge, restaurant, and bar at the end of each shift.
