Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Full‑Stack Engineer to join a cutting‑edge AI engineering team in Ireland. You will work on both backend services and user‑facing applications that enable enterprise‑scale decision‑making through advanced machine‑learning models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build full‑stack applications that interact with large‑scale AI models.
• Develop high‑performance backend APIs and services for model inference, including batching and optimized data pipelines.
• Create responsive frontend interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Implement state management and session persistence for complex workflows.
• Design and maintain event‑driven architectures using pub/sub messaging systems.
• Integrate database connectivity layers with cloud data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Implement robust error handling, monitoring, and retry mechanisms.
• Collaborate closely with MLOps and DevOps teams to optimise deployment and performance at scale.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack engineering within production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI or other ASGI‑based frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience building applications with React, Vue, or Angular.
• Solid understanding of event‑driven architectures, pub/sub systems, and distributed task queues such as Celery.
• Experience with model serving patterns (REST, gRPC, asynchronous batching).
• Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and integration with cloud platforms.
