About the role

Join Toyota Naas as a Fully Qualified Motor Technician and work in a fast‑paced, high‑standard workshop. You will diagnose, repair and service customer vehicles to Toyota manufacturer standards while supporting a professional, award‑winning team.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic tools and a logical, methodical approach.
• Carry out servicing and repairs in line with Toyota and dealership guidelines.
• Complete job cards accurately and manage all required paperwork.
• Perform vehicle health checks and flag any additional work for the service team.
• Maintain a clean, safe workshop environment and adhere to all policies.
• Deliver high‑quality workmanship while meeting productivity targets.

Required profile

• Fully qualified Motor Technician (Toyota training preferred but not essential).
• Minimum 3 + years experience in vehicle servicing and diagnostics.
• Full, valid driver’s licence.
• IT literate and comfortable using diagnostic and reporting systems.
• Team player with strong attention to detail and a customer‑first mindset.
• Organised, proactive, solution‑focused and willing to adopt continuous‑improvement practices.
