General Operative – Manufacturing Production Role

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Work flexibly across any manufacturing area within the plant.
• Meet defined production targets while following supervisor instructions.
• Adhere to safety protocols, wear protective equipment, and report incidents.
• Follow quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
• Interact with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as required.
• Maintain lean and 6S standards in the workplace.
• Complete all mandatory training and perform ad‑hoc duties.

Required profile

• Experience in a manufacturing or physically demanding environment is advantageous.
• Ability to meet and exceed production targets.
• Strong punctuality and time‑management skills.
• Effective teamwork and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems.
