Group Internal Auditor

About the role

We are seeking a Group Internal Auditor to join our internal audit team in Dublin. The role involves travelling internationally for up to 30 weeks per year and supporting a global leader in high‑performance insulation and building envelope solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report on audits and reviews assigned by the Group Head of Internal Audit & Compliance.
• Interpret policies and procedures, applying professional accounting and auditing standards to assess financial, operational and risk‑management controls.
• Develop realistic, cost‑effective recommendations in collaboration with management and ensure they add value.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with Head Office and divisional management to promote understanding of internal audit functions.
• Undertake ad‑hoc projects and special investigations as directed by the Audit Committee.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience as an external or internal auditor, preferably with Big 4 or manufacturing finance exposure.
• Willingness to travel internationally for approximately 30 weeks per year.
• Strong commitment to professional development within a high‑performing internal audit environment.
