About the role
Join Dalata Hotel Group as a Guest Relations Executive and be the first point of contact for our guests. You will deliver friendly, professional service, ensuring every visitor enjoys a memorable stay while supporting the hotel’s reputation for hospitality excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous, professional manner.
- Handle enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest needs.
- Maintain reception and public areas to high standards.
- Support check‑in and check‑out processes when required.
- Build positive relationships with guests and visitors.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Friendly, professional attitude with strong customer‑service focus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good problem‑solving skills.
- Previous hospitality or customer‑service experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
