Head of Business Operations (Ireland)

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Business Operations for our Irish operation, based in Dublin. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive operational performance, commercial improvement and long‑term growth across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end operational performance across multiple business functions nationwide.
• Drive efficiencies, process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Challenge existing processes and implement smarter ways of working.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to support strategic growth plans.
• Lead and mentor established management teams while maintaining strong visibility across operations.
• Analyse operational and commercial performance, identifying risks, opportunities and improvement areas.
• Build strong cross‑functional communication between operational, technical and support teams.
• Ensure high standards across service delivery, compliance, customer experience and team performance.
• Create a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
• Support long‑term succession planning and business scalability.

Required profile

• Extensive senior operations leadership experience within a complex, multi‑site environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect operational performance to business outcomes.
• Proven experience leading large and diverse teams across operations, technical, warehouse, service or support functions.
• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to gain buy‑in and build strong relationships at all levels.
• Highly analytical, solutions‑driven and operationally focused.
• Confident decision‑maker who can challenge processes and implement change positively.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
