About the role

Join a fast‑growing retail chain as an HR Assistant and help shape a positive workplace culture across Ireland. Working closely with the HR Partner, you will support recruitment, payroll, employee relations and administrative tasks while contributing to new store openings.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview schedules, onboarding activities and recruitment logistics.
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintain up‑to‑date employee records.
  • Provide general administrative support for all HR functions.
  • Support the HR Partner on employee‑relations matters and HR processes.
  • Answer HR‑related queries from managers and staff.
  • Help with store opening projects and provide on‑site support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate HR systems, documentation and reporting.
  • Contribute to a positive employee experience and engagement initiatives.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in administration or HR support, preferably in a retail or fast‑paced environment.
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for store openings.
