About the role
Kepak is seeking an HR Manager to lead the People Agenda at its manufacturing facility in Ballybay, Co. Monaghan. This 1‑year fixed‑term position (full‑time or part‑time) offers a hybrid working model with one day per week remote.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a site‑specific HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Deliver end‑to‑end HR services covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, reward, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies and best‑practice procedures.
- Drive performance management and talent development initiatives.
- Oversee training and development, creating customized learning plans.
- Support strategic workforce planning, risk assessment, and future skills forecasting.
- Coach site managers to enhance people‑management capabilities.
- Provide timely people metrics and insights to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Third‑level HR qualification (CIPD preferred) or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in food production or manufacturing.
- Proven ability to implement HR policies and drive performance culture.
