About the role
The HR Programs & Operational Excellence Lead for EMEA will drive transformation, standardisation and operational excellence across the region. Reporting to the Vice President of HR EMEA, the role orchestrates major regional HR initiatives, ensuring efficiency, compliance and scalability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead regional HR programs such as fixed‑cost optimisation and HR transformation, aligning them with business priorities.
- Support M&A activities in partnership with the global BD team.
- Promote adoption of the Vertiv Operating System (VOS) and standardise HR processes across EMEA.
- Own the EMEA HR Management Operating System (MOS), monitoring KPIs, census data and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with HR analytics and finance teams to deliver accurate HR reporting for leadership reviews.
- Facilitate periodic operating reviews (QBR, MOR) and drive problem‑solving reviews for under‑performing KPIs.
- Coach HR Business Partners on process execution, program delivery and change management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience, including program management or HR transformation.
- Proven ability to lead large‑scale HR initiatives across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI governance and reporting.
