Human Resources Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Human Resources Advisor to join our expanding professional services firm. Based in Cork with regular travel to Dublin, you will deliver a high‑quality HR service to internal client groups across Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, partnering with managers on recruitment, performance, development and retention.
• Guide trainees on their development pathways and support their progression.
• Collaborate with the Regional HR Manager to implement the regional people plan and align with the firm’s overall HR strategy.
• Contribute to the recruitment, retention and reward processes as part of a large, experienced HR team.

Required profile

• CIPD Level 5 qualification.
• Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong employee‑relations experience.
• Good knowledge of Irish employment law.
