Industrial Recruitment Consultant (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

Reed is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to own an Industrial desk covering the whole of Ireland. You will work on both temporary and permanent placements for clients in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and production, delivering high‑quality results from a hybrid office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from brief to placement.
• Develop new business and build a personal client portfolio across Ireland.
• Source, interview and qualify candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and headhunting.
• Conduct compliance checks, manage pipelines and negotiate offers.
• Provide market insight and hiring strategy advice to clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or sales with a strong commercial mindset.
• Resilient, ambitious and motivated to meet financial targets.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented attitude.
