Influencer Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Assistant to support high‑impact influencer campaigns for a fast‑scaling AI‑driven health and wellness app. The role will focus on outreach, negotiations and coordination across US and UK markets, working closely with marketing managers, scouts and creators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initial outreach to influencers, present collaboration opportunities and manage early‑stage communication and negotiations.
• Coordinate influencer scouts, ensure they identify high‑quality creators aligned with campaign objectives and provide structured feedback.
• Screen and evaluate influencer profiles based on audience authenticity, engagement quality, content relevance and platform fit.
• Support execution of multiple concurrent influencer campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.
• Contribute to reporting by summarizing campaign performance, outreach effectiveness and influencer response metrics.
• Maintain organized tracking of influencer pipelines, communication status and campaign progress across markets.
• Support continuous improvement of outreach processes, selection criteria and execution workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, including outreach, negotiations and campaign execution, preferably in US and UK markets.
• Proven ability to manage several influencer campaigns simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of building positive creator relationships.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing metrics and algorithm dynamics.
• Data‑oriented mindset with ability to analyse engagement metrics and evaluate influencer quality.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, energetic and adaptable attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience or familiarity with health & wellness products and creator ecosystems is a strong advantage.
