About the role
We are seeking an Information Technology Support Analyst to join a market‑leading company in Dublin city centre. This permanent, on‑site position offers the chance to work within an established team, providing technical assistance to end‑users and contributing to ongoing IT projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely technical support to end‑users, troubleshooting hardware, software and cloud‑based issues.
- Configure, install and maintain laptops, phones and other end‑user devices.
- Maintain an organised inventory of IT assets (ITAM) and track issues to prevent recurrence.
- Register, monitor and resolve tickets, escalating when necessary.
- Assist with software deployments, hardware upgrades and other IT projects.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude and attention to detail.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a solid work ethic.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to develop professionally.
