Instructor/Facilitator for Individual Support Plans

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Instructor/Facilitators to join our team in Kildare. You will play a pivotal role in assessing needs, developing and evaluating Individual Support Plans, and delivering high‑quality personal care to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assessments of need and develop, implement, and evaluate Individual Support Plans.
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals, ensuring access to relevant healthcare information.
• Provide medication administration, personal and intimate care in line with organisational policies.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: QQI Level 5 in Intellectual Disability Practice, Social Care or Community Support Work.
• Full, clean manual Irish driving licence.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland without sponsorship.
• Understanding of person‑centred planning, advocacy, safeguarding and risk management.
• Proven experience developing and implementing Individual Support Plans.
• Comfortable working with individuals who may exhibit challenging behaviours.
