Junior Project Manager – Fire Safety Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of fire alarm and emergency lighting installations across our Fire Safety Program portfolio in Ireland. The role will act as the local delivery interface, coordinating on‑site work, workshops and communication with the central Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the local point of contact for life‑safety system installations on assigned sites.
• Manage multiple fire alarm and emergency lighting projects simultaneously across regions.
• Oversee quality and commissioning of fire alarm, emergency lighting, and ancillary systems.
• Participate in weekly project meetings with the PM and construction team, both online and on‑site.
• Communicate progress, risks, issues, and resource needs to the central Operations team.
• Coordinate onsite activities with contractors, ensuring compliance with safety, security and site policies.
• Maintain accurate records of installation progress, site conditions and contractor attendance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in project coordination, site supervision or supporting technical installations (construction, engineering, fire systems, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Capability to interpret technical information such as layouts, schematics and installation instructions.
• Electrical background to understand fire alarm and emergency lighting installation requirements.
