Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage candidates for a range of client vacancies.
• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets.
• Provide regular updates and insights to clients on market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the events sector (e.g., event planner, coordinator, manager).
• Strong results‑driven mindset with a hunger to succeed.
• Excellent communication and resilience under pressure.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland (Stamp 4 Visa or EU passport).
