Junior Site Engineer – Civils & Landscaping (Dublin)

About the role

A leading construction contractor is seeking a Junior/Graduate Site Engineer to join a major urban regeneration project in Dublin City. This role offers hands‑on experience on a high‑profile civils and landscaping package within a fast‑paced city‑centre development.

Key responsibilities

• Set out and assist with site engineering duties across civils and landscaping works.
• Support senior engineering staff with daily site operations.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Assist with quality‑assurance checks, surveys and maintain site records.
• Monitor progress and coordinate subcontractors.
• Contribute to health and safety compliance on a busy live site.
• Assist with as‑built documentation and address technical queries.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of site engineering experience (placements count).
• Strong setting‑out experience or exposure.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving site environment.
• Based in Dublin or within a commutable distance (no accommodation provided).
