About the role

As a Kitchen Assistant you will be an essential part of the kitchen team, helping to keep operations running smoothly from prep to clean‑up. No prior experience is required – a positive attitude, love for food and a strong work ethic are key.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up the kitchen each day and support food preparation.
• Follow cleaning checklists to ensure every surface and piece of equipment is spotless.
• Adhere to prep procedures and kitchen SOPs for efficient workflow.
• Maintain food safety and allergen standards at all times.
• Support health and safety practices alongside the General Manager.
• Provide extra help during busy periods, especially the lunch rush.
