Logistics Operator – 23‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Operator to join our Limerick site for a 23‑month fixed‑term contract. The role involves handling raw‑material and consumable inventory in a GMP‑regulated environment, supporting production schedules and ensuring compliance with safety and transportation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive raw materials and GMP consumables both physically and electronically, and record them in SAP and MES.
• Manage inventory movements, dispensing, and kitting of consumables according to production plans.
• Sample raw materials in controlled conditions and store final drug substances in temperature‑controlled areas.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety and environmental standards throughout the warehouse.
• Participate in quality, safety and air‑cargo security audits.
• Prepare and ship materials in line with transportation regulations and shipping schedules.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in English.
• Relevant logistics or supply‑chain qualification or industry experience.
• Willingness to work shift patterns on a 24/7 basis.
• Ability to undergo criminal‑history screening for air‑cargo handling.

Required skills

• Experience in biopharmaceutical or medical‑device manufacturing environments.
• Hands‑on use of SAP and MES inventory systems.
• Familiarity with Operational Excellence tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
