About the role
Mastercard is looking for a Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead a global BizOps SRE team. You will drive production readiness, reliability, and DevOps automation across Mastercard platforms, partnering with development, product, and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a distributed SRE team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the production‑readiness steward, guiding design, capacity planning, launch reviews, and operational excellence.
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines, reducing manual effort and improving software promotion across environments.
- Champion automation, self‑healing, and deployment automation to increase velocity and system resilience.
- Drive Mastercard’s DevOps transformation through tooling, standards, and advocacy.
Required profile
- Passion for solving complex, end‑to‑end system problems.
- Strong mindset for CI/CD and automation with low tolerance for manual work.
- Proven ability to lead teams through change, scale, and continuous improvement.
- Experience building partnerships across engineering, operations, and product.
