Marketing Manager – Brand & Campaign Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand visibility and integrated campaigns for a leading professional membership body in Dublin. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services and Marketing, you will shape the organisation’s brand, member engagement and education programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistent messaging and identity.
• Deliver integrated multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Develop messaging frameworks for key programmes and services.
• Create engaging digital, social, email, web and print content.
• Promote member stories and programme impact.
• Gather and analyse member and student insights to optimise campaigns.
• Track KPIs, produce performance reports and use data‑driven insights.
• Support brand presence at events and enhance member experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage external suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand, marketing or communications.
• Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns.
• Strong digital content creation and copywriting abilities.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management.
• Ability to use data and insights to inform marketing decisions.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑focused.
• Strong communicator and collaborative team player.
• Degree in Marketing or related field (desirable).
• Experience in a membership, education or professional services environment (desirable).
