Marketing Manager – Rest of World

About the role

Bupa is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Rest of World (ROW) markets, based in Dublin. You will drive Bupa Global’s international growth by translating global strategy into locally relevant campaigns that raise awareness, support sales and position the brand as a trusted leader in international healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute regional go‑to‑market plans aligned with the global marketing strategy.
• Plan and run integrated B2B and B2C campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Manage ongoing campaign performance across search, social, display, video, affiliates and out‑of‑home.
• Lead regional sponsorships and broker events to boost brand visibility.
• Coordinate creative, content and PR agencies to deliver high‑quality assets.
• Develop regional content, sales collateral and campaign materials while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage a marketing budget of approximately £1 million, tracking ROI and reallocating spend as needed.
• Support demand generation and pipeline growth through targeted content and campaigns.
• Utilise marketing automation tools to connect campaigns, workflows and personalised customer journeys.
• Report performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or recognised marketing qualification.
• Proven senior‑level experience in marketing, preferably within regulated, international or B2B environments (healthcare or insurance is a plus).
• Demonstrated success managing agencies and sizable marketing budgets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Comfort working across diverse cultures, time zones and priorities.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring and improving marketing performance.
